Design Of Electrical System
- Design of the complete Electrical Systems starting from the high tension supply to distribution of electrical power supply to various plant loads. This will also includes techno-economic evaluation of the most optimum size of power factor correction equipment.
- Load Analysis, Fault level calculations, Estimation of plant contract / maximum demand and sizing of the transformers.
- Study and recommendation on protective relaying and co-ordination for the plant electrical distribution systems.
- Detailed engineering covering preparation of electrical single line diagrams, sub-station layouts, control interlocks and alarm annunciation schematics, power and control cable layouts, lighting and safety earthing layouts, lightning protection and plant communication drawings.
- Preparation of cable schedules and bill of materials for the entire plant electrical system.
- Study and recommendation of captive power generation, design of power generation system and hook-up with utility supply system. Also, preparation of schemes for parallel operation of captive power generator with utility supply, where feasible.
